7-Day Replacement & Return Policy

At Alatestshop, your satisfaction matters the most to us. We ensure every product you receive is carefully packed, quality-checked, and 100% genuine. However, if there’s ever an issue from our side, we’ve got you covered.

Replacement Eligibility

You can request a replacement within 7 days of delivery only if:

  1. 🧵 The product has a manufacturing defect (e.g., damaged zip, loose stitching, missing part).

  2. 📦 You received a wrong item or different product than what you ordered.

➡️ In such cases, we’ll happily replace the product at no extra cost.
If the same product is out of stock, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.


Non-Replacement / Non-Return Cases

We do not accept returns or replacements in the following situations:

  • Damage caused after delivery due to customer mishandling, such as tear, cut, scratch, stain, or rough use.

  • Product damaged due to improper care (e.g., exposure to water, sun, or chemicals).

  • Minor color variation — due to lighting or screen differences.

  • Any intentional or accidental misuse after delivery.

💡 Note: Each product undergoes strict quality checks before dispatch, so such issues are rare.


Proof Required for Replacement

To process your request smoothly, please provide:

  • 2–3 clear images or a short video of the defect / wrong product

  • Your order ID and registered mobile number

Send the details to our support team on WhatsApp or Email within 7 days of receiving your order.


How to Raise a Replacement Request

  1. Contact us at support@alatestshop.com or WhatsApp us.

  2. Share your Order ID, photos, and reason for replacement.

  3. Our support team will verify and confirm your eligibility within 24–48 hours.

  4. We’ll schedule a pickup and send your replacement product.


💳 Refund Policy (If Product Not Available)

If the replacement item is unavailable or out of stock:

  • You’ll receive a full refund within 5–7 working days via your original payment method.

  • For COD orders, we’ll ask for your UPI / bank details to process the refund.
