Order Cancellation Policy – Alatestshop.com

At Alatestshop, we understand that sometimes plans change. That’s why we offer a simple and transparent order cancellation policy to make your shopping experience smooth and worry-free.

Cancellation Before Dispatch

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them or before the product is dispatched, whichever comes first.

  • To cancel, please email us at support@alatestshop.com or message us on WhatsApp with your Order ID.

  • If the order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it immediately and process a full refund to your original payment method within 3–5 working days.

Cancellation After Dispatch (Not Allowed)

  • Once your order has been dispatched or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

  • In such cases, please do not refuse delivery — instead, accept the product and contact our support team if you wish to raise a replacement request (as per our 7-Day Replacement Policy).

⚠️ Note: Refusing delivery without approval may delay refunds or future order eligibility.

Cancellation by Alatestshop

In rare cases, Alatestshop reserves the right to cancel an order due to:

  • Product out of stock or unavailable,

  • Payment not received / payment verification failed,

  • Invalid or incomplete address,

  • Order flagged by our security system for suspicious activity.

In such cases, you’ll receive 100% refund immediately and will be notified via email or WhatsApp.
