7-Day Replacement & Return Policy
At Alatestshop, your satisfaction matters the most to us. We ensure every product you receive is carefully packed, quality-checked, and 100% genuine. However, if there’s ever an issue from our side, we’ve got you covered.
Replacement Eligibility
You can request a replacement within 7 days of delivery only if:

The product has a manufacturing defect (e.g., damaged zip, loose stitching, missing part).

You received a wrong item or different product than what you ordered.
In such cases, we’ll happily replace the product at no extra cost. If the same product is out of stock, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Non-Replacement / Non-Return Cases
We do not accept returns or replacements in the following situations:

Damage caused after delivery due to customer mishandling, such as tear, cut, scratch, stain, or rough use.

Product damaged due to improper care (e.g., exposure to water, sun, or chemicals).

Minor color variation — due to lighting or screen differences.

Any intentional or accidental misuse after delivery.
💡 Note: Each product undergoes strict quality checks before dispatch, so such issues are rare.
Proof Required for Replacement
To process your request smoothly, please provide:

💳 Refund Policy (If Product Not Available)
If the replacement item is unavailable or out of stock:

You’ll receive a full refund within 5–7 working days via your original payment method.

For COD orders, we’ll ask for your UPI / bank details to process the refund.
